The environment when you are presenting will be surely a new one to you… so maintain some kina attitude towards the situation
The people in the hall may move in and out of the room… so make make those distractions to effect you at the least.
Make sure you don’t answer any of the queries while you presenting. If somebody raises a issue say them that you answer them once you done vth u r presentation.if u say it to the first guy none of the others poses another ques again.
Things you need to decide while you are preparing
Minimize details of the main idea you are going to present
It’s a better habit to maintain pictures and diagrams on slides and text in your brain
Limit the vocabulary you use to the concept you know… don’t use any words which you don’t know and find them in a paper.anything misspell will be caught by the judges.
You can use some important ideas twice or thrice to recall a important point in the previous slides.
Write out few snippets of the presentation which you gonna present to which you can elaborate while presenting
Practice presenting louder as you gonna present in the hall. Mugging up the text and recalling it while presenting gives a negative impression
Ask feedback from the listeners while you practicing.
Try to speak loud enough, clear enough, and with sufficient enthusiasm to hold the attention of your audience.
